A 190-foot yacht ran aground near Miami Beach on Thursday, prompting authorities to set up a “safety zone” around the stranded vessel.
The Unbridled ran aground in Malloy Channel at 11:05 a.m. with 14 people aboard, according to the Coast Guard in Miami. No one was hurt.
The safety zone includes a no-wake area around the yacht and a 20-foot buffer for boaters.
The yacht will be assessed for damage.
