The annual Three Kings Parade kicked off at noon Sunday along Little Havana.
The parade, which annually attracts hundreds of people, celebrates the tradition in Latin culture where the Three Wise Men bring gifts to children on Jan. 6.
The celebration will travel along Calle Ocho from Fourth to 17th Avenues, then turn north and end at Southwest Sixth Street.
Here’s how streets will be closed traffic diverted around the parade:
Never miss a local story.
Eastbound lanes on Calle Ocho from Southwest 19th to SW Fourth Avenue are closed to traffic. Drivers heading eastbound on Calle Ocho will be detoured north or south at SW 19th Ave.
And Southwest 12th and SW Eighth avenues will remain open only for north and southbound
For those who take public transportation, Miami-Dade Transit buses which normally travel along Calle Ocho will be detoured.
The parade ends at 4 p.m. and the roads will be reopen at 6 p.m.
