In the past 30 days the Icon Brickell sales center has welcomed an unprecedented number of visitors to experience the remarkable property overlooking Biscayne Bay.
More than 900 potential residents were drawn to the sales center by the attractive new pricing structure and rave reviews to tour multiple available residential models, says a spokesperson for the developer.
Icon’s new pricing, which represents a 30 percent reduction across the board, combined with attractive financing, amenities and quality, makes buying at Icon a significant opportunity that is almost impossible to deny, says the spokesperson.
Opening weekend alone saw 220 visitors tour the sales gallery. In that one weekend in January, more than 20 new contracts were signed.
“People appreciate the tremendous value and know this is never going to happen again,” says Icon sales director Wendy Marks.
Icon Brickell has been featured in countless style and fashion magazines since it was first unveiled.
“I never get tired of introducing people to the property,” says Marks. “They just can’t believe it. How much creativity and care went into designing everything around them, from the scale of the pool to the positioning of the trees to the lighting, and on and on. Every single detail is part of the fantasy. Just to walk through Icon is a pleasure.”
The lifestyle enjoyed by residents of Icon Brickell is the perfect complement to the luxuries provided in the residences themselves. Before views of the bay and skyline, daily life is marked by exceptional beauty and comfort. Marble baths, granite kitchens with Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances and all the other hallmarks of luxury the market has come to recognize are incorporated into dramatic floor plans designed to make the most of an already extravagant lifestyle, says Marks.
An infinity-edge pool the length of a football field is the focal point of Icon’s “park in the sky.” From that private vantage point 100 feet in the air, the uninterrupted vista takes in the sweep Brickell and the Downtown skyline, across Biscayne Bay to islands of Miami Beach, Fisher Island and Key Biscayne.
Embraced by Icon Brickell’s two condominium towers, the pool area is framed by rows of Japanese shade trees, flowering gardens and broad sun terraces that step down from the pool level, disappearing into the view. The ambiance is at turns whimsical and surreal, with a human-scale chessboard, a whirlpool as big as a backyard pool, and a dramatic alfresco banquet table angled toward a gigantic outdoor fireplace.
Inside, many are already familiar with the exquisite cuisine served day and night at Eos and are eagerly awaiting the offering from Todd English. In addition, the 28,000-square-foot Viceroy Spa at Icon Brickell is a temple to personal comfort and pampering.
Residents can approach fitness from countless angles, with equipment and instruction in various forms of strength training, cardio and core conditioning, yoga, Pilates and spinning. They can also access professional treatments and grooming regimens, and invite friends, family and colleagues to private functions in Philippe Starck-designed party and screening rooms, or to enjoy the poker and billiard rooms.
The sales gallery and designer models are open daily, Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday, 11a.m. to 5 p.m. For more information, call 305-371-1411 or visit iconbrickell.com.
