A meditation retreat will be held on Saturday, May 28 from 2:30-6:30 pm at Dharma Yoga Studio (3170 Commodore Plaza). It will include three guided breathing meditations that help to calm the mind, reduce stress, and give rise to an experience of inner peace and well-being.
Every now and then, we just need to give ourselves a day off and spend some time doing relaxed meditation to recharge our energy. Give yourself this Saturday to hang out in the Grove and enjoy these meditations, with time in between to socialize with friends, read, or just sit quietly.
