Two people were injured after a rollover accident on the southbound lanes of I-75 at Miami Gardens Drive Wednesday evening in northwest Miami-Dade.
Florida Highway Patrol Officials said one car with an ATV in the back of the bed rolled over.
Arie Harel, a certified EMT, told the Miami Herald that he was one of the first to happen upon the scene. Harel said that when he came upon the accident, he “saw people running out of their cars down the slope on the right hand side of the shoulder of the road. I knew an accident must have just happened.”
Harel said he grabbed his EMT equipment from the back of his car. “I noticed one patient on the floor. I immediately applied a neck brace and instructed other bystanders to see if there was other people in the truck,” he said.
