A delivery truck slammed into the back of a Miami home on Tuesday morning after the driver had a possible heart attack or another medical emergency at the wheel.
Julio C. Gomez, 45, was sent home Monday after not feeling well with chest pains, according to authorities.
He died in the 5:30 a.m. crash after being taken to Jackson Memorial Hospital.
Two people were inside the home at the time of the crash but were not hurt.
The building, 1735 block of NW 53rd St., has been declared unsafe for occupancy.
