A man was stabbed on I-95 in Deerfield Beach in what appeared to be a road rage incident during the Monday afternoon rush hour.
A Florida Highway Patrol spokesperson said the altercation between the drivers of two cars started on Southwest 10th Street and ended up on I-95 southbound.
A witness told Miami Herald news partner CBS4 he was fishing along the canal nearby when he noticed two men get out of their vehicles and start fighting. One of the men pulled out a knife and stabbed the other. He then got back into his car and drove away, according to the witness.
Rescue crews rushed the man who was stabbed to a nearby hospital with minor injuries.
As of 6 p.m., troopers said they didn’t have anyone in custody.
