Greenacres Police are asking for the public's help to identify a man who robbed a Chase bank on Saturday.

The man, who is described as about 45 years old, entered the bank and presented a note to the teller about 12:50 p.m., according to a statement released on Tuesday.

"A weapon was implied but not seen," Greenacres Department of Public Safety Capt. Gina Abbananto said in the statement.

After the man received the money, he left the bank, 4931 S. Military Trail, on foot and went southbound on Military Trail.

The man is about 5-feet-10 to 6-feet tall, thinly built, about 155-165 pounds and has a mustache and goatee, Abbananto said.

He was wearing a gray, long-sleeved sweat shirt with thin horizontal stripes, blue jeans and white tennis shoes. He was also wearing a "N.A.V.Y." baseball hat and dark sunglasses.

Police ask anyone with information regarding the robbery to call Sgt. Owen Pickert at 561-642-2156.
