Andres Oppenheimer Andres Oppenheimer is a Miami Herald syndicated columnist, and anchor of the TV Show "Oppenheimer Presenta." He is a member of The Miami Herald team that won the 1987 Pulitzer Prize, and won Columbia University's Maria Moors Cabot award, the King of Spain prize, and the Emmy Suncoast award. He is the author of "Basta de Historias" (Random House, 2010), Saving the Americas (Random House, 2007), Bordering on Chaos, Cronicas de heroes y bandidos, Ojos vendados, and Cuentos Chinos. A new Oppenheimer Report appears every Sunday and Thursday.
