Joanna Gonzalez-Guerra has been named vice president at CallisonRTKL, a global architecture, planning and design firm. She is based in Miami and was previously senior associate vice president at the firm. Gonzalez-Guerra has a bachelor’s in architecture from the Catholic University of America.
At 2C Creative, three creative directors, based in North Miami Beach, have been named:
▪ Marni Wagner and Ben Frank have been promoted into the role. They each joined 2C as a writer/producer in 2007 and 2008, respectively.
▪ Larry Wiener joins the firm from the Miami-based creative agency Eclipse Creative, where he was VP Creative.
Travis Serpas has been promoted to vice president/project executive at Moss, based in Fort Lauderdale. He joined Moss in 2005 as a project engineer. Serpas has a bachelor’s in construction management from Louisiana State University.
Francis Afram-Gyening has been named chief executive officer at Camillus Health. He will oversee the agency in the delivery of quality healthcare to persons experiencing homelessness. Afram-Gyening was president and CEO of Care Alliance Health Center, a federally qualified health center in Cleveland, Ohio. Under his leadership, the organization more than doubled its annual operating budget to $10 million while completing a $12 million capital improvement campaign. Afram-Gyening has an MBA from Cleveland State University and a master’s in public health from Columbia.
Jennifer Mendoza has been named vice president of business development at The Keyes Company. Previously she was a leasing manager for NRT in Fort Lauderdale. Mendoza has a bachelor’s in business administration and management from Kaplan University.
Claudio Prattico has been named managing director, Latin America and Caribbean, at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices. Prattico will oversee the real estate brokerage network’s expansion and affiliate support efforts in the two regions for the Irvine, California-based company, and he will be based in Miami. He was previously managing director at Great Properties International. Prattico has a bachelor’s in finance from the University of Miami and an MBA from the Kellogg School at Northwestern.
Shari VanLoo has been named chief financial officer of CareCloud, a platform for high-performance medical groups. Previously, she owned a consulting practice specializing in CFO leadership services to both multinational technology companies and fast-growth startups across several industries. VanLoo has a bachelor’s in accounting from Western Michigan University.

Name: Nancy Klock Corey
New position: Regional vice president of the Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate’s Southeast region.
Responsibilities: She’ll oversee operations for 20 branch and satellite offices, supporting nearly 1,900 affiliated agents. Corey will also continue to help lead the company’s Miami Beach office.
Previously: District manager, Southeast Florida, at Coldwell Banker.
Also: Corey has 38 years of experience in the business. She began her career at The Klock Company Realtors, then owned by her parents. The Klock Company merged with Coldwell Banker in 1983, and Corey launched the property management and home rental division. She began her branch management role at the company’s Kendall office in 1994 before moving to the Miami Beach office in 2010.
Education: Corey has a bachelor’s in history and economics from Hiram College in Ohio.
