Silver Airways has named Andy Reeves chief operating officer, and Brian McCormick vice president of airports and customer service. Reeves joined Silver Airways last year as vice president of airport operations and customer service. McCormick was most recently the company’s director of airport operations.
Frank Casal has been named to lead the new Aventura office of Marquis Bank as senior vice president and branch administrator. He was most recently with Gibraltar Private Bank and Professional Bank.

Bill Turner has been named senior vice president, chief credit officer, at Apollo Bank. Previously he was senior vice president, credit policy officer at TotalBank. Turner has a BBA with a specialization in finance from the University of Miami.
Kevin Murphy has been named vice president of Gulf Building LLC based in Fort Lauderdale. He had been a project manager at the firm. Murphy is a graduate of East Carolina University in North Carolina.
Edgar J. Asebey has joined Jones Day as a partner in the firm’s healthcare and life science practices in Miami. Previously he was at Roetzel & Andress in Fort Lauderdale. Asebey has a bachelor’s degree in biology from the University of Chicago and a J.D. from the Catholic University of America.
Luis R. Lasa III has been promoted to junior partner from associate at Association Law Group, a community association and condominium law firm with offices in Miami and Fort Lauderdale. He has a bachelor’s from Florida International University and a law degree from Cleveland State University.
Weiss Serota Helfman Cole & Bierman has named four new partners:
▪ Eric Hockman’s practice includes a focus on complex business and commercial litigation. He has undergraduate degrees in aviation technology from Embry-Riddle and a J.D. from William Mitchell College of Law.
▪ Karen Lieberman is a former assistant city attorney for the cities of North Miami and North Miami Beach. She has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida and a J.D. from the University of Miami.
▪ Gail Serota has experience in many aspects of commercial real estate and P3 transactions. She has an AB from Princeton and a J.D. from UM.
▪ Anthony Soroka has been an assistant city attorney to the cities of Weston and Miramar. He has a BA from the University of Central Florida and a J.D. from UM.
Meat Market on Lincoln Road has named Sebastien Tribout director of operations/partner. Previously he was general manager at the restaurant. He has a bachelor’s degree in law from the Cergy-Pointoise University in Paris.
C. Mikel Oglesby has been named deputy executive director of the South Florida Regional Transportation Authority. His experience includes having been assistant general manager at the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority. Oglesby has a BBA from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.

New position: Senior director of tax and accounting services at Fiske & Company.
Previously: He was founding principal of Goldweitz & Company, which has merged with Fiske & Company. (Goldweitz was a partner at Fiske & Company in the mid 1980s, in the early years of his career.)
Also: Goldweitz serves as a partner in the investment and merchant banking firm of North American Capital Advisors. He is also on the executive board of the Children’s Bereavement Center and on the board of the South Dade Branch of the Greater Miami Jewish Federation.
Education: Undergraduate degree from the University of Buffalo.
