Bal Harbour Shops is welcoming its first two-story designer boutique on Friday, when Salvatore Ferragamo re-opens after an extensive renovation.

The Italian luxury fashion house is nearly doubling its size at Bal Harbour, from 4,300 square feet to 8,100 square feet, by extending to the luxury shopping center’s second floor.

With the recent evolution of the brand, spearheaded by Salvatore Ferragamo Creative Director Massimiliano Giornetti, the re-design is geared to provide a luxurious shopping experience at one of the company’s most important global flagship boutiques.

The new boutique promises to offer a more intimate ambiance, with walnut wood, Venetian plaster and bamboo. The store will showcase both women’s and men’s ready-to-wear collections, shoes, handbags, luggage, belts, silks, perfumes, eyewear, and small leather goods.
