The Miami Seaquarium has officially changed hands.
California-based Palace Entertainment, which announced plans in late March to acquire the iconic Virginia Key attraction from Wometco Enterprises, announced Tuesday that it had completed the acquisition.
The purchase price for the 38-acre park was not disclosed.
Palace Entertainment, a subsidiary of Spanish theme park operator Parques Reunidos, has not said what changes it might make at the Seaquarium.
