One person dead after explosion at Opa-locka boat shop

One person is dead, and five injured, after police said a spill lead to an explosion.
Police received a call about a chemical spill at a boat shop behind the Opa-locka Police Department Thursday afternoon.
Two people were transported, four treated on scene and one died on scene, according to Miami-Dade Fire Rescue.
HAZMAT crews have made entry to investigate the situation.
