Testigo admite que manejaba dinero del gobierno de Venezuela
El empresario venezolano Carlos Kauffmann, quien se declaró culpable de actuar ilegalmente como agente del gobierno de Venezuela, admitió hoy en Miami que administraba dineros oficiales de su país y que estaba negociando el manejo de un fondo de $100 millones de dólares que el gobierno de Venezuela tenía reservado para gastar en Bolivia.
