Consult with a certified financial planner -- for free -- at a Financial Planning Clinic hosted by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards in Miami Nov. 15.

The event will be held 11 a.m. to 4 p.m at the Hyatt Regency at Miami Convention Center. In addition to the consultations, the board will hold workshops on managing debt and retirement planning. Some workshops will be available in Spanish.
