A new free web tool, www.feelingflu.com, can help people who think they or their child or loved one has HINI, also known as swine flu. It also may save you a trip to the emergency room or your doctor.

FeelingFlu.com offers an online assessment that gives you a complete picture of your risks of contracting swine flu and if you are at greater risk for complications due to health conditions you may already have.

The website also provides a free personal action plan based on your answers to the online assessment.

Developed by a physician who heads the health and technology information provider A.D.A.M., the website tells you what to do:

•If you think you have swine flu.

•If you're in a high risk group.

•If you can't get the vaccine right away.
