Where are my unemployment benefits?
I have been unemployed since July 9. I was terminated on Jan. 5, and received benefits until April when I got a couple of temporary jobs. Unfortunately, the last position I held, which I had hoped was a permanent one, I was terminated on July 9, one day short of four weeks.
I reapplied for unemployment on July 20, and have been claiming my weeks and have made several calls, but my case is under investigation.
I am at the end of my rope, and they continue to respond that I will be called in four to six weeks. My last employer took 45 days to pay my last wages. Assuming my last check was in my bank account, I became overdrawn and it cost me over $450 in overdraft fees, which the employer won't reimburse.
I am losing my house, lost my car, gave away my dog and don't have any money to pay the utilities. All Unemployment tells me is to wait for a phone call. I don' know how long I will have a phone number to be called to.
I hope you can help me or direct me to some one that can.

A.We forwarded your e-mail to the Agency for Workforce Innovation, and the very same day, you said that a representative contacted you and told you that your benefits should start arriving the following week. You were very grateful.
