Cable problems finally solved
I have AT&T Uverse as my cable company for my TV and Internet provider. For the past two weeks, I have had problems with my cable connection.
I call AT&T every day. They have sent out five technicians to fix the problem. The problem still is not resolved. My cable connection freezes every day on an average of six times per day. I have to unplug the modem, wait 15 minutes, then plug the modem back in and reset the power button on the cable box. I then wait another five to 10 minutes to see if the cable will come back on. If not, I then start the process all over again.
Technicians have replaced the modem and still no cable. When I ask for management to resolve this problem, they can only be contacted by mailing them at a P.O. box address. To me, having five technicians out to my house to fix the same problem is ridiculous.

A.We contacted AT&T and you said an area supervisor contacted you. That same afternoon, you had a supervisor and five technicians at your home trying to see why the AT&T cable connection was freezing constantly. You said they were there for a long time, replacing equipment and connections, and going up in the attic.
But the next day, the freezing problem began again. Another technician immediately came to your house and replaced certain wiring. You have had no further problems and were very happy.
