Detail of the sheet metal behind one of the two radial engines of the Miami Air Lease Convair 440 aircraft that was forced to make an emergency landing at Vero Beach Municipal Airport in December 2005. The splatters were made by oil and smoke from the engine fire. The company had a history of maintenance violations and flying mishaps.
