Heat oven to 350 degrees. In a 3-quart saucepan, cook macaroni according to package directions; drain and return to saucepan. Add milk, butter, pepper and salt to saucepan; stir in American cheese, Cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese. Transfer the macaroni mixture to a greased 1 ½-quart casserole.
Bake, uncovered, in the preheated oven for 15 minutes; stir gently. Bake about 5 minutes more or until just heated through (don't overheat or mixture will curdle). Let stand for 10 minutes before serving. Make 4 main-dish servings.
