W hen Vique Martinez's friends are wondering where to go for a night out, to celebrate a birthday or entertain out-of-town friends, they ask her. Known to her friends as ``Party Patrol,'' she starts with a set of questions: What day of the week? What type of music? What kind of atmosphere? Who is going?

The answers determine whether she recommends Friday night's hip-hop vibe at Mansion or Wednesday's outdoor view at Plunge Bar. She knows first hand because it's her life. At least three times a week, she is out and about -- hitting two to three night spots before she heads home by 4 a.m. She rises three hours later for her day job at a record label company. On the weekends, however, she's out dancing until the sun rises or the club closes.

``I never get tired,'' says Martinez, 27. ``I love being surrounded by music. I go out and have a good time. I don't even like to drink.''

Final tax deadline is Thursday

It may have seemed like you had all the time in the world to file your tax return after you got that six-month extension last April. But if you still haven't sent it in, there's no more stalling.

Thursday is the final deadline -- and that does mean final -- for filing your 2008 return.

The only people who can skip the deadline are members of the military serving in combat zones and people affected by recent natural disasters.
