Pink is taking another shot at selling a home she owns in Sherman Oaks, this time priced at $3.499 million.

The three-time Grammy winner, who sang Somewhere Over the Rainbow at the Oscars this year, listed the gated property at $4 million three years ago or for lease at $8,500 a month. She ended up with a tenant instead of a buyer. The two-story home has been leased out for as much as $10,000 a month.

The Spanish-style house, built in 1946, features hand-hewn double entry doors and a two-story foyer. The 4,435-square-foot home has four bedrooms and five bathrooms.

The nearly three-quarters of an acre property includes an infinity pool, lawn and barbecue center.

Sound pretty sedate? Tucked behind a waterfall is a grotto-style spa cave.

Pink’s latest album is The Truth About Love. She recently concluded the tour of the same name. Among her hits are Get the Party Started, Trouble and Missundaztood. The singer-songwriter powerhouse has sold more than 45 million albums.

The 34-year-old rock star bought the property for $2 million in 2002 when she was still single. She married since-retired motocross and motorcycle racer Carey Hart in 2006.

Mariah Carey and her husband, Nick Cannon, popped their Bel-Air home back on the market at $12.995 million after a hiatus of more than a month.

This time around they are working with a listing agent who has been around the block, specifically their block, several times.

Farrah Fawcett hired Paul Czako of Gussman Czako Estates to sell the then-five-bedroom home in 1999 for close to $2.7 million, according to Times archives. The former Charlie’s Angels star had owned the 3-acre property for more than 20 years.

Her buyer, recording studio executive Allen Sides, had Czako sell the rebuilt and expanded house when Carey and Cannon bought it five years ago for $6.975 million.

The gated estate has a Hamptons-vibe traditional mansion with high ceilings, wood floors and French doors. The 13,000 square feet of renovated interior space include a music studio, a basketball court, a gym, a home theater, seven fireplaces, seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms. An enormous hall for entertaining has room for several hundred guests.

The grounds include a putting green, a swimming pool, a spa, parking for more than 20 vehicles and room for a tennis court. There are canyon, city, mountain and ocean views.

Singer-superstar Carey has received five Grammy Awards. Among her achievements are her award-winning album The Emancipation of Mimi and recognition as best new artist in 1990.

Cannon has written for several television shows bearing his name as well as Incredible Crew (2012-13). He has hosted his own shows and America’s Got Talent (2009-13).

Kourtney Kardashian has sold her boldly decorated home in Calabasas for $2.975 million.

The black, white and brightly accented interiors by designer Jeff Andrews caught the eye of the buyers, who paid an additional $125,000 for select furnishings. Now Kardashian can set about decorating the larger nearby home she recently bought from retired pro football player Keyshawn Johnson.

The 5,400 square feet of living space at the home she sold includes a breezeway entry, an open floor plan, vaulted ceilings, a library/office, four bedrooms and five bathrooms.

A swimming pool, spa and covered loggia on the half-acre lot have city and mountain views.

In addition to her role on Keeping Up With the Kardashians, Kardashian has been in several family-related spinoffs.

She bought the property in 2010 for $1.7 million, public records show.

Beau Bridges and his wife, Wendy, have sold their longtime home in gated Hidden Hills for $2.4 million — twice what they originally paid.

The sale was a while in the making, however. They first listed the country English-style house in 2010 at $3.25 million and later turned to leasing.

Designed by architect Marshall Lewis and built in 1976, the ivy-covered house has a sunken den with a fireplace, a bar, a family room, a billiard area, an office, an ample wine cellar, a sauna, six bedrooms and six bathrooms in about 6,800 square feet of living space. A spiral staircase leads to loft space.

The ambience under the wood shake roof is cozy and relaxed. An atrium breakfast room takes in the views of mature trees. Skylights and wood beams complete the picture.

French doors open off the dining room to a patio. The yard, more than an acre, includes a swimming pool with a spa, a north-south tennis court, fruit trees and a greenhouse.

The Emmy-winning Bridges, 72, will be in the films Underdogs, Tumbledown and San Patricios, all due for release this year. He has starred on the series The Millers since last year. He was on Masters of Sex (2013), two Stargate series and Harts of the West (1993-94).

Danny Pudi, who stars on the show Community, has bought the Pasadena home of Olympic swimming gold medalist Betsy Mitchell for $1.32 million.

The 1925 house, near Caltech and the Huntington Library, retains original architectural details such as interior arches but has an updated kitchen and bathrooms.

The living room, off the formal entry, has a barrel ceiling, red tile flooring and a fireplace. French doors in the formal dining and family rooms open to outdoor patio space.

There are six bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and about 3,700 square feet of living space.

A courtyard doubles as an outdoor living room with dining and sitting areas, a spa and a shower.

Pudi, 35, has starred on Community since the comedy began in 2009.

Mitchell, 48, was also a world champion and world record holder, swimming the backstroke and freestyle.

The property previously sold in 2011 for $1.2 million, public records show.

Allison Adler, co-creator of The New Normal with Ryan Murphy, listed a house in the Beverly Crest area at $1.99 million and in three weeks it was in escrow.

The classic Midcentury Modern-style home, built in 1962, features an open floor plan, vaulted ceilings and walls of glass. The 2,459 square feet of living space include a media/family room, three bedrooms and three bathrooms.

The backyard has a glass-walled swimming pool and a spa.

Adler, 46, has scores of producing credits from shows including Glee, No Ordinary Family and Chuck.

She bought the property three years ago for $1.475 million, public records show.
