Man in motion: I used to jog, now I walk for an hour three times a week at Matheson Hammock Park -- Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday -- then I swim freestyle for an hour, but I use a snorkel because I don't breathe too good in the water. (''When he swims, you don't even see a ripple,'' daughter Eileen Werner says.)
Pass the pizza: I have no special diet. I eat all the good stuff like pizza and everything else you're not supposed to eat. As far as food is concerned, I like everything.
No butts: I don't smoke, but I'll drink an occasional beer. My health is good. I have a little high blood pressure and I take pills for that, otherwise, no problems.
Batter up: I grew up in New Jersey, so I'm a Yankees fan, although the Marlins are doing great. I used to be a New Jersey North Bears fan.
Odd jobs: I spend a lot of time on my computer, and I do odd jobs around the house. That's it. (''He climbs up on roofs and cuts trees,'' Werner says. ``He gives me a heart attack. There are 65-year-olds who don't do what he does.'')
Odd, indeed: I have a weather vane and I have to take it off when the storm comes. When we had antennas I had to take them down. My neighbor next door has a tree and the leaves fall over on our property, so I trim it.
