Life's shaping up fine for bodybuilder

Bulking up: I started working out in the sixth grade to gain strength for wrestling and gymnastics. I went to college, got my master's, took a break and then started again.
Strength, cardio: I do four days of weight-training and one day of cardio. I train every body part once a week, an average of six to eight reps per set, and I do a bike hike for about two hours.
Heavy lifting: I haven't bench-pressed with a barbell in a while. I'm probably in the 275 to 300 range.
Winners' circle: I've placed in the Top 5 at Masters Nationals bodybuilding competitions and I've won the over-50 category in the Southern States Competition. Hopefully, I'll do it again this weekend.
Good stuff: In a day I'll eat 180 to 200 grams of protein: whey powder, egg whites, chicken, fish, turkey; 50 grams of fat: nuts, avocado, fish oil, omega 3s; and maybe 100 to 300 grams of carbs: cereal, whole-grain bread, brown rice, anything with fiber in it.
Mom knew best: I was raised by a nutritionist mom in the '50s. We had fruit and vegetables when everyone else had meat and potatoes. She thinks I'm a nut, but she's supportive.
Hold the alcohol: In the '70s I had a problem I tried to escape through alcohol. Now, I don't drink at all. Occasionally I'll have a slice of pizza, but I wouldn't eat a whole pizza. Portion control is all you have to worry about. A small piece of chocolate is OK, but three bars will go around your waist.
Best feature: Legs, thighs, calves. The biking does help.
