Want to feel good about gorging on Thanksgiving Day?
Get an early-morning run in with your family and friends. Across South Florida, there will be turkey trots, turkey runs, even a turkey triathlon. So, get up and get going.
You’ll definitely feel better before sitting down and eating the turkey and all the trimmings. And it may keep you from gaining a pound or two the next day.
