Fork on the Road Recipe: Mango Smoothie

MANGO SMOOTHIE
Yummy mango is an excellent source of beta-carotene and vitamin C.
1 large ripe mango, peeled, pitted and sliced
½ fresh pineapple, peeled, cored and chopped
10 strawberries, hulled
1 cup pineapple juice
1 cup plain yogurt
Place the mango, pineapple, strawberries, pineapple juice and yogurt in a blender and whirl until smooth and creamy. Serve right away. Makes 2 servings.

Per serving: 273 calories (3 percent from fat), 0.9 g fat (0.2 g saturated, 0.2 g monounsaturated), 2.2 mg cholesterol, 8.1 g protein, 62.5 g carbohydrates, 4.9 g fiber, 92.6 mg sodium.
