'Climate Change Show' on Saturday
The Museum of Discovery and Science opens a traveling exhibit The Climate Change Show, on Saturday. ''Talking sheep'' will guide you through this multimedia experience exploring the impact of global warming. Find out just how much you know about the effect of climate change on your life. On opening day, you can interact with endangered animals, inspect the solar car created by students at South Plantation High School and create your own recycled paper, plus lots of other ''green'' activities.
The Museum of Discovery and Science, 401 SW Second St., Fort Lauderdale; 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday-Saturday, noon-6 p.m. Sunday; admission (with one IMAX show) $15, $14 for seniors; $12 for children 2 to 12; free for tots under 2, exhibit and IMAX-only tickets available; 954-467-6637 or www.mods.org.
