The whimsical turquoise and red storefront is the first sign you’re about to enter a different kind of Miami shop. And with just one step into the recently opened The Bazaar Project, in the Design District, the transport begins. Which is exactly what owner, local fashion maven Yeliz Titiz, wants her customers to experience. Inspired by her extensive travels through Europe, Asia and the Middle East, her merchandise—from woven tapestries to intricate jewelry, ornate throws to colorful lamps, and books in any number of languages—hails from the four corners of the world. “A curated collection of cultures,” is what Titiz calls it on her website. Visit the store at 4308 NE Second Avenue.
