Home buyers who purchase a home during the final days of Lennar’s Year-End Home Savings Event can start the New Year in a new home, says a company spokesperson. Right now, they can receive year-end savings on all move-in-ready inventory homes at Lennar’s communities from Miami-Dade County to Stuart, priced from the mid-$100,000s.
Many home buyers have discovered that they may be able to own a new home and pay less than they are currently paying in rent, says the spokesperson.
Lennar wants to spread the word to all who fear they may not be able to afford a new home that they should visit a Lennar community and speak with a new-home consultant.
All new homes include a builder’s warranty, and for a limited time, buyers not only get Lennar’s signature “Everything’s Included” package, they can also take advantage of savings plus zero closing costs and up to $5,000 in upgrades, says the spokesperson.

The four- to five-bedroom, one- or two-story single-family homes with two-car garages range from 2,250 to 3,601 square feet and are priced from $302,990. The main home is a typical residence, but it includes an independent private suite with kitchenette, one or two bedrooms, bath, living area and a private entry.
