A Fort Lauderdale man was arrested Friday on 30 counts of possessing pornographic videos of children as young as 1 year old, police said.
Joseph F. Miller, 63, was taken into custody after officers identified a computer at his home as the one sharing the illegal videos online, according to Fort Lauderdale police spokesman Detective Travis Mandell.
With a search warrant, officers visited Miller's residence in the 1100 block of Northeast Fifth Avenue and confiscated the computer and discs containing more than 30 graphic videos of children being abused by adults, Mandell said. Many victims in the videos were ages 1 to 4, he said.
Aside from child-pornography charges, Miller also was charged with drug violations, Mandell said.
