When visiting Garden Estates at Kendall, buyers can tour the decorated townhome models that are currently available for sale. Townhome buyers will also want to inquire about purchasing their new Lennar home with no down payment and zero closing costs, the spokesperson says. The program is only available until funds run out; therefore, buyers are encouraged to act now before it’s all gone, the spokesperson says.
Garden Estates at Kendall also offers buyers luxurious single-family homes. Currently there are eight distinct floor plan designs to choose from ranging from four to five bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths to four-and-a-half baths, family room and/or breakfast area, loft and two-car garage. The single-family homes are priced from $274,990 to $389,990, and right now there are builder savings available on ready-to-move-in homes, plus buyers pay no closing costs, the spokesperson says.
