Donald Trump and more than 800 guests recently attended a lavish relaunch party for Trump Hollywood, the luxury oceanfront condominium located on Hollywood Beach, one of the five best beaches in the United States according to Travel & Leisure magazine.
Gregory Freedman, Daniel Lebensohn and Charles Phelan of BH III LLC, the new owners and developers of Trump Hollywood, were honored by Trump’s attendance.
Trump called the event “a fantastic relaunch for a phenomenal building on the ocean,” and mingled with numerous VIP guests, including CEO and founder of The Related Group Jorge Pérez, and Fortune International President Edgardo Defortuna.
According to Freedman, Trump Hollywood has achieved dramatic sales success since BH III and partner King Street Capital acquired the property in December. In less than 60 days, 15 residences have been sold, totaling more than $20 million.

“Simply put, few oceanfront developments can match the value and luxury of Trump Hollywood,” Freedman said.

Upon arrival, party-goers marveled at the latest in luxurious sports cars from Jaguar and mingled with models wearing exquisite jewels from the Ivanka Trump Collection at Neiman Marcus Bal Harbour. Guests also were awed by three spectacular model residences designed by Interiors by Steven G.
“It’s such a pleasure to work with the BH III team,” Steven G said. “Our 5,000-square-foot model recently sold and we are in the process of designing and installing three more. Trump Hollywood is a beautiful piece of property.”
Also highlighted were the various amenities Trump Hollywood offers on its mezzanine level, including the Cigar Room and Wine Cellar and Tasting Salon. Weekend stays at Trump International properties in Chicago and Las Vegas, as well as a foursome at Trump International Golf Club at Mar a Lago, were raffled to lucky winners.
A $10,000 donation was presented to the American Red Cross. The event was in collaboration with Florida International Magazine and the February launch of its “For the Love of Home” issue.
Trump Hollywood’s gleaming floor-to-ceiling windows and curved exterior were conceived by architect Robert M. Swedroe. World-renowned interior design firm Yabu Pushelberg, which also designed Apogee and The St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort, provided Trump Hollywood with a modern twist on classic Miami.
Trump Hollywood features two-, three- and five-bedroom residences from 2,100 to more than 5,000 square feet. Two exclusive bi-level penthouse residences on the tower’s 41st floor encompass nearly 9,000 square feet. All 200 residences include private elevator access.
