In the coming months, The St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort will announce a new partnership with a famous culinary star for its signature restaurant overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, says John Manrique, vice president of sales and marketing for Starwood Vacation Ownership, Inc., a subsidiary of Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc.

Alain Ducasse, Adour at The St. Regis New York and The St. Regis Washington, D.C.
Over the course of his 30-year career, Alain Ducasse has developed unmatched experience in the art of good living and eating, evidenced by his receipt of the world’s most prestigious culinary awards. He is the only chef in the world to own and operate three signature restaurants that have each been honored with three Michelin stars. Chef Adam Tanner offers a farm-to-table approach at The Restaurant at The St. Regis Aspen Resort, highlighting the freshest seasonal ingredients from Roaring Fork Valley and across America.
