Steelers extend Suisham through 2018

Pittsburgh, PA (SportsNetwork.com) - Pittsburgh Steelers kicker Shaun Suisham has signed a four-year contract extension through the 2018 season.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
Suisham connected on 30-of-32 field goal tries last year, setting a Steelers record for efficiency with a 93.8 conversion mark. His 30 made field goals tied for the third-most in club history.
Since re-joining the Steelers in 2010, Suisham has made 95-of-109 field goal attempts and each of his 412 point-after tries for 412 points. His 87.2 conversion rate on field goals is the best in team history.
Suisham entered the NFL as an undrafted free agent with Pittsburgh in 2005. He has also played for Dallas and Washington, and has made 182-of-219 field goal tries and all but two of his 231 PATs for 775 points in 112 games.
