Flowery Branch, GA (SportsNetwork.com) - The Atlanta Falcons traded linebacker Akeem Dent to the Houston Texans in exchange for quarterback T.J. Yates.

Dobbins has played in 110 career games (22 starts) with the Chargers, Dolphins and Texans, recording 253 tackles with three interceptions, two sacks, and 12 passes defensed. Last season, Dobbins played in three games as a reserve linebacker.
Dent spent the past three seasons with the Falcons. He had 136 tackles with 1 1/2 sacks and three passes defensed in 47 games (20 starts).
