Every year, we wait for it. We wait patiently for the arrival of October 15, a hallowed day on our local calendar. The day fisherman are finally allowed to return to the sea for Florida’s ultimate delicacy—the stone crab. And while lining up at restaurants to devour the famously pink claws is a bona fide Miami ritual, why not try using them at home to create a feast your friends and family won’t soon forget?
