Lennar is hosting the grand opening of the new resort-style clubhouse at the beautiful Silver Palms community in Miami-Dade County this weekend, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
This weekend, prospective buyers will be able to see all that the gorgeous clubhouse has to offer. Snacks and beverages will be offered, as well as a face painting for children, from noon to 3 p.m.
