Home buyers are invited to visit Kendall Square this weekend, where seven beautifully decorated model homes will be unveiled at the new Lennar community. Kendall Square offers a warm traditional neighborhood, set amid 30 acres of green space, parks and a lake, with an attractive selection of townhomes with garage and single-family homes starting from the low $200,000s to the upper $400,000s.

Setting the tone for an exciting lifestyle will be Kendall Square’s grand clubhouse, says a company spokesperson. The lakefront resort-style club will span more than 13,000 square feet including versatile party rooms for family and friend gatherings. There is also a state-of-the-art fitness center, billiard room, barbecue pavilion, tot lot and splash park, infinity-edge pool with built-in poolside loungers and inset spa to offer relaxation and fun in the sun for the whole family.

Kendall Square features seven townhome floor plans offering three and four bedrooms and garage, ranging from 1,615 to 2,306 square feet, priced from the mid-$200,000s. There are also 10 single-family home floor plans ranging from 2,111 to 3,207 square feet with prices starting in the low $300,000s.

Lennar’s legendary “Everything’s Included” package provides the most-requested features and finishes at no additional cost, says the spokesperson.

To help home buyers decorate their new home, City Furniture is offering a 5 percent discount on furnishings or free interior design services to everyone who buys at Kendall Square during the model grand opening, says the spokesperson.

Kendall Square also offers the innovative NEXTGEN – A Home Within A Home concept by Lennar. Ideal for today’s multi-generation families, the new home designs feature a private living suite with its own separate entrance, featuring a living area, full kitchen, laundry and bath. The private suites offer a convenient solution for families with older generations or young adults wanting to live at home, says the spokesperson. The inspiring homes are offered in both the townhome and estate home collections.

Kendall Square homes also feature Nexia Home Intelligence Systems that offer remote/keyless access, remote temperature and lighting control, and real-time surveillance camera for each home. Homeowners can turn down their air conditioner or unlock their front door with one click, says the spokesperson.

“Kendall Square is a unique blend of modern conveniences within a traditional neighborhood,” says Carlos Gonzalez, Lennar’s Southeast Division President. “Not only do the decorated models showcase a variety of family lifestyles, but just sitting on the front porch of one of these new homes, looking out at the green space and private streetscaping throughout the community, families will be inspired to make Kendall Square their new home, where they can sip lemonade while watching their children play in the parks surrounding them.”

The Kendall Square Welcome Home Center is at Kendall Drive and SW 169th Avenue, in Miami.
