Lennar, South Florida’s No. 1 home builder, wants buyers to save thousands of dollars on a new, move-in-ready home during its “Sellathon,” going through the month of February.
There may never be a better time to purchase a home from Lennar, whose reputation for quality and integrity has earned the company the prestige of being South Florida’s top home builder, a company spokesperson says.
During the event, new-home buyers are able to save thousands on a brand-new, move-in ready home and get $10,000 to apply toward closing costs, options or upgrades, says the spokesperson.
Interest rates are at an all-time low, and new-home inventory is down. This combination makes now the perfect opportunity for buyers who have been on the sidelines to make their dream of homeownership a reality, adds the spokesperson.
All Lennar communities offer innovative home designs, unique modern and warm Mediterranean-style architectural elevations and exceptional features, says the spokesperson.
Single-family homes with several distinctive floor plans await at The Enclave at Old Cutler, at SW 226th Street and 105th Avenue, starting from the $230,000s; and Grand Lakes Estates, in the highly desired Bird Road corridor, which offers single-family homes from the low $300,000s, nestled amongst green space and a conservation area.
For those who have extra family members residing with them, Lennar offers the NEXTGEN - The Home Within a Home floor plan. The unique concept is featured at Silver Palms, offering resort-style amenities, at SW 238th Street and 112th Avenue. The community has townhomes with garage from the upper $100,000s, patio homes with garage from the upper $100,000s, and single-family homes from the low $200,000s.
The Isles at Oasis and The Vineyards communities, both in Homestead on SW 312th Street and 152nd Avenue, offer both townhome and single-family-home living. Priced from the mid-$100,000s to the upper $200,000s, newly decorated model homes are open now, including the NEXTGEN – The Home Within a Home floor plans.
