Lennar, South Florida’s No. 1 home builder, wants buyers to save thousands of dollars on a new, move-in-ready home during its “Sellathon.” There may never be a better time to a purchase a home from Lennar, whose industry strength and reputation for integrity goes back to 1954, says a company spokesperson.
February is the month to visit any of Lennar’s communities, from Homestead to the Treasure Coast, and enjoy the peace of mind, huge savings and signature lifestyle that only Lennar can offer, says the spokesperson.
With interest rates at an all-time low, monthly payments may be lower than rent, adds the spokesperson, adding that in order to help buyers make the important move, for a limited time, Lennar is giving them $10,000 when they buy and close on a new Lennar home within 30 days of contract sale date. Buyers can apply the $10,000 toward closing costs, options and upgrades.
