Renowned for its abundant growth and serene beauty, the City of Doral continues to establish itself as one of the most prominent cities in South Florida, as well as the ideal location to live, says a spokesperson for Terra Group.

Terra Group, along with its partner Renegade Investments, has introduced Vintage Estates to the thriving city – a new and original single-family development. The luxury two-story homes have proven to be in high demand in the Doral market with closings commencing the first quarter of 2013, says the spokesperson.

The 28-acre gated community featuring a lavish clubhouse, serene lake-views, and numerous amenities, has already sold out Phase I and is proceeding with Phase II, says the spokesperson.

“The booming business development in Doral has proved to uphold a number of large commercial establishments, well-known sports facilities and an array of restaurant locations, as well as flourishing residential developments such as Vintage Estates,” says David Martin, President and Chief Operating Officer of Terra Group.

In addition to new successful projects in the City of Doral, Donald Trump recently purchased the Doral Golf Resort & Spa – home of numerous PGA events and the WGC-Cadillac Championship. The avid golfer plans to invest $200 million in the emblematic resort to revamp the Blue Monster championship course, assuring its transformation into the ultimate golf destination, says Martin.

“When Doral Golf Resort & Spa first opened, it was considered the best resort in the world. The combination of the property’s incredible location in the heart of Miami and our very significant investment in upgrading the resort will enable us to return Doral to its former glory, if not surpass it. When completed, Doral will be the finest resort and golf club in the country,” explains Martin.

With promising projects like the revamped Doral Golf Resort & Spa continuing to unfold in Doral, the city is sure to benefit both nationally and internationally, says Martin.

Thanks to its cultural amenities, supportive business environments and highly educated workforce, in 2009 Forbes.com named Doral No. 2 of America’s Top 25 Towns to Live Well, says Martin.

“The area of Doral continues to be remarkably active,” says Sales Director Andres Marquez. “We are proud to lead the way on new home sales and look forward to keep growing in South Florida.”
