Lennar’s attractive deals will let buyers kick off 2013 in a new home

To celebrate the season of giving, Lennar is offering attractive deals on all remaining inventory homes so families can start 2013 living in a new home, a company spokesperson says.
Home buyers can get year-end savings on all available inventory homes at Lennar’s sought-after communities.
The builder has a variety of luxury townhomes, patio homes and single-family homes available for immediate occupancy and priced from the mid-$100,000s.
With each new home, buyers not only get Lennar’s signature “Everything’s Included” package, they can also take advantage of savings, zero closing costs and up to $5,000 in upgrades.
“Lennar has had a very exciting year and what better way to mark this season of giving than to offer special savings and incentives to home buyers who are eager to be in their new home for the holidays! We have an assortment of ready-to-move-in townhomes, patio homes and single-family homes to choose from, all offering a builder’s warranty for peace of mind,” says Carlos Gonzalez, president of Lennar’s Southeast Florida Division.
Lennar has many communities in Miami-Dade County with move-in-ready homes, starting with Grand Lakes, located in the desirable Bird Road corridor. Families can choose from three- and four-bedroom, two-story townhomes with garage, starting from the $220,000s, and four- to five-bedroom single-family homes starting from the upper $200,000s. Umbria at The Vineyards has three and four-bedroom townhomes with garage from $156,990. There are three- to five-bedroom single-family homes at Napa at The Vineyards. The homes at Napa are priced from the $220,000s. The Vineyards is off Florida’s Turnpike on SW 312th Street and 147th Avenue,in Homestead, and the Welcome Home Center is at The Isles at Oasis on SW 320th Street and 152nd Avenue, in Homestead.
