It’s a vacation every day at Lennar’s spectacular resort-style community of Silver Palms in Miami-Dade County, says a company spokesperson. The 292-acre master-planned community offers beautiful earth-tone homes, meandering sidewalks and lush landscaping.

At Silver Palms, buyers can select from three distinct home types. The Majesty, Royal and Sable collections offer a choice of townhomes, two-story patio homes or single-family homes, just in time for the holidays.

Families can buy a new two-story three- or four-bedroom townhome from the Sable Collection with private patio area plus garage, ranging from 1,442 to 1,829 air-conditioned square feet; a spacious three- or four- bedroom two-story patio home from the Majesty Collection, with private rear terrace and garage, ranging from 1,630 to 1,871 air-conditioned square feet; or a luxurious three- to five-bedroom single-family home from the Royal Collection, with a two-car garage, ranging from 1,820 to 3,120 air-conditioned square feet. Priced from the $160,000s to the low $300,000s, the homes are near Florida’s Turnpike and U.S. 1.

The homes include natural wood kitchen and bath cabinets in a choice of colors, a GE kitchen appliance package, 18-inch ceramic tiles in a choice of colors, stain-resistant carpet and home automation with the Nexia Home Intelligence system, that allows residents to manage their home’s security quickly and easily from anywhere with any computer, tablet or cell phone. The smart, simple home automation system includes a wireless keypad lock for the front door that lets residents remotely check the status of their lock and grant entry into the home, a programmable thermostat for the central air-conditioning system to control the home’s temperature setting to suit the family’s schedule and reduce energy consumption, and a camera to remotely monitor the home.

Silver Palms residents will soon be enjoying the new, resort-style clubhouse, featuring a variety of recreational areas for families to enjoy. Amenities are under way and will include a children’s water splash area, a grand swimming pool with sundeck, a playground, an elegantly decorated event facility, and a state-of-the-art fitness center.

“Silver Palms is one of our most popular communities in Miami-Dade. It provides easy access to everything South Miami-Dade has to offer,” says Carlos Gonzalez, president of Lennar’s Southeast Florida Division.

Lennar encourages all new buyers to visit Silver Palms this weekend while incredible savings and offers on amazing move-in-ready homes are still available, says Gonzalez. Home buyers who purchase an inventory home will pay zero closing costs, plus receive an extra $5,000 or more in upgrades and optional features. Besides, they can be moved in before Thanksgiving, adds Gonzalez.

Lennar was established in 1954 and is one of the nation’s leading home builders. Listed on the New York Stock Exchange, the Miami-based home builder has built more than 800,000 homes in more than 50 cities coast to coast. Lennar’s “Everything’s Included Homes” have recently been redesigned to include many more features and enhanced energy efficiency and technology at no additional charge.

Silver Palms is at 23800 SW 112th Ave. in Miami. To visit, take the turnpike to Exit 9, go west approximately one mile to the Silver Palms community entrance on the left. For more information, call 877-873-1469 or visit www.Lennar.com/ FloridaDeals. Realtor participation is welcome.
