A woman’s body was found Tuesday at a Northwest Miami-Dade recycling plant.
Homicide detectives are at the plant and investigating.
Workers found a woman’s body in the early morning hours, said Miami-Dade police Maj. Garry Jeanniton. The workers at Southeastern Recycling Corp., 3401 NW 110th St., then called police.
A police spokesman says the body’s condition appears the person died a few days ago. Jeanniton declined to give more information while homicide detectives investigate.
It was unclear how the body got inside the large half-block metal building that recycles paper, cardboard and documents. The complex is just west of Miami Dade College north campus in an industrial warehouse area.
