Home buyers should not miss the model grand opening of Lennar’s newest luxury townhomes in the community of Sunset Bay, says a company spokesperson. The community is in the sought-after Sunset corridor on Sunset Drive and SW 163rd Avenue. The family festivities will be taking place at Lennar’s Crystal Lakes Welcome Center at 6523 SW162nd Ave. today from noon to 4 p.m.

Home buyers will be able to enjoy food, refreshments, music and face painting. Lennar’s new home consultants will be waiting to greet home buyers and take them through the beautifully decorated model homes. This weekend, home buyers will receive zero closing costs and $5,000 to use in options and upgrades, says the spokesperson.

Sunset Bay is a beautiful family-friendly community with two-story townhome floor plans plus garage, starting in the $200,000s. Every new Lennar townhome comes with a builder warranty.

“With just over 2,000 square feet, our Sunset Bay homes complement the lifestyle residents enjoy in the Miami area, and are a must-see for anyone looking to move in quickly to a new spacious, carefree, townhome lifestyle,” says Carlos Gonzalez, president of Lennar’s Southeast Florida Division.

Each of the three- and four-bedroom luxury townhomes offer spacious floor plans plus garage ranging from 1,935 to 2,083 square feet. The community has tropical green areas where residents can enjoy sidewalks. There is community street lighting throughout and a tot-lot area.

The state-of-the-art townhomes include Lennar’s “Everything’s Included” features such as a GE kitchen appliance package, super-capacity washer and extra-large-capacity dryer, wood kitchen cabinets in a choice of colors with brushed nickel hardware, 18-inch ceramic tile in a choice of decorator colors, and a Nexia Home Intelligence System that can be controlled from a smartphone, tablet or computer.

Sunset Bay is conveniently close to A-rated elementary, middle and high schools, making it ideal for families with children who want to enjoy living in an intimate neighborhood, says Gonzalez.

“Buying a new home at Sunset Bay will be one of the best moves you’ll ever make”, says Gonzalez.

The Welcome Home Center and professionally decorated models are open daily 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. For more information, call 866-688-7052 or visit Lennar’s Crystal Lakes at 6523 SW 162nd Ave., in Miami. To view other Lennar communities visit Lennar.com/ FloridaDeals. Realtor participation is welcome.
