Home prices and interest rates are on the rise, says Carlos Gonzalez, president of Lennar’s Southeast Florida Division. “No more speculating when. No more ‘what if.’ The real estate market has turned. Real estate professionals across the country are acknowledging this market upswing in an effort to allow homebuyers time to get today’s historic savings before they disappear,” says Gonzalez. “The existing inventory is dwindling, and while homebuyers have enjoyed a historic real estate market for the past few years, it was just a matter of time before the economy began to recover and home prices and interest rates started to rise.”

To help new homebuyers make the decision to buy their new home now, Lennar is extending their offers of zero closing costs and up to $5,000 toward options and upgrades, says Gonzalez. The offers are being made on homes in one of the area’s most celebrated resort-style communities, The Isles at Bayshore. The community is in the desirable Old Cutler neighborhood near the Black Point Marina and offers easy access to the Florida Turnpike, U.S.-1 and Old Cutler Road.

At The Tides, the newest neighborhood within the lifestyle-rich community of the Isles at Bayshore, buyers will find 153 single-family homes with one or two stories, three, four or five bedrooms plus one- or two-car garage. The neighborhood recently celebrated its grand opening, so special lower prices from $214,990 are still available, says Gonzalez.

Buyers seeking the opportunity to buy a single-family home with pre-construction savings and a builder’s warranty included are encouraged to visit The Tides now, as the homes in prime locations are selling quickly, adds Gonzalez. In addition to the new single-family homes at The Tides, buyers can also choose from two other Lennar communities at The Isles at Bayshore. Shores, offers three two-story townhome designs with two or three bedrooms and up to nearly 1,700 square feet. The townhomes are priced from $159,990 to the $170,000s. The new community of Trellis, offers two-story patio home designs with unique and enhanced architectural detailing, rear terrace, well-thought-out interior layouts with up to four bedrooms, three and one-half baths plus garage. With up to nearly 2,400 square feet, the homes are priced from $194,990 to the $220,000s.

Residents at The Isles at Bayshore are greeted by a manned entry with beautifully landscaped grounds and pristine lake views. The community is surrounded by meandering sidewalks and street lighting. A grand lakefront clubhouse, one of the residents’ favorite areas to socialize, offers a state-of-the-art fitness center, a children’s playroom, oversize family pool, children’s pool, playground, and a party room for gatherings and celebrations.

The Lennar Welcome Home Center is at 21864 SW 93rd Path, in Cutler Bay, inside the clubhouse and is open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. For more information, call 877-206-6318. To view other Lennar communities visit www.Lennar.com/FloridaDeals. Realtor participation is welcome.
