Green was the common thread, and ingenuity the key that led the five members of the “Fiscal Cliff Hangers” team to crack the brain-wracking puzzle that was the 20{+t}{+h} annual Herald Hunt on Saturday in Coconut Grove.
Here are the solutions to the 2012 Herald Hunt. Hunters were told that the answer to every puzzle was a number.
He hasn’t missed an edition of the Tropic/Herald Hunt in 28 years, and he’s ready to go again.

The team who submits the wackiest name receives: Four (4) Official 2012 Herald Hunt commemorative T-shirts
The winning team name will be chosen by a (kinda) distinguished panel of
judges, including Dave, Tom and the usual suspects. The winning team will be
announced Friday, November 30 on HeraldHunt.com and notified via email.
Prize T-shirts will be awarded at the Hunt.
