    Addonis Parker, is finishing a large, colorful mural on the facade of the Metrorail overpass that crosses Third Avenue in Overtown, a tribute to friend and fellow artist, Purvis Young. The mural is just the latest piece of public art for the Ohio native whose pieces are becoming part of the fabric of inner city Miami.
