D.I.Y.

• Pisco Passion Martini: Combine 1 ounce pisco (Capel preferred), 2 ounces passion fruit juice and a dash of simple syrup in an ice-filled shaker. Shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled martini glass, and top off with 2 ounces prosecco (Martini Rossi preferred). Garnish with fresh mint.
